All potential volunteers will experience our Safe Zone Training as part of the onboarding process.
Consider joining this diverse group! Your gifts and talents are priceless and will be well-received. We need your skills in the following:
- Event planning/organizing
- Leading support groups or book clubs
- Leading DIY Saturdays (workshops for skills and hobbies like crafts, quilting, etc.)
- Staffing Drop-In Hours, and more

Board Membership Interest
At Safe Zone High Point our leadership and staff should be diverse and representative of the diverse community we serve. We are committed to ensuring our Board of Directors is performing every board’s primary legal duties:
DUTY OF CARE: ensure efficient and adequate use of all Safe Zone High Point’s assets
DUTY OF LOYALTY: make decisions that are in the best interest of Safe Zone High Point and that advance our mission; recognize and disclose conflicts of interest
DUTY OF OBEDIENCE: ensure Safe Zone High Point adheres to all applicable laws and regulations, as well as our own bylaws
